Owning a share has many benefits. Shares are basically "Family Shares" and entitle holders to a number of benefits. You may either hold onto the share for investment or future use, or pay annual "Rights to Play". Once annual dues have been paid you may play as often as you wish during the year and have special discounts off buggy hire, exclusive use of the private membersŽ room and special parking facilities. Playing share-holders may also play at the London Golf Club, now a member of the Bendinat Group of companies, subject to availability. |

ARTICLE SEVEN - Rights and obligations
The ownership of a share gives to its legitime holder the status of Shareholder with the following rights and obligations: |

Rights.
The right to participate in the distribution of the Company's profit and in the distribution of its equity in case of liquidation.
Preferential rights in the subscription to the issue of new share or of convertible obligations.
To assist to and vote in the General Shareholders Meetings, and to oppose the resolutions taken.
The right to information.
Any other right that the Laws and these statues grants them. |

Obligations.
The ownership of one or more shares presupposes legally the obligation to submit to these statues and the decision taken by the General Meeting and by the Board of Directors, within their respective attributions. These attributions are without prejudice to the rights of opposition established by the Law. |
